L2950 wet clutch

I have a 1991 L2950 with a everclutch (wet clutch)when it's in gear and I push in the clutch the tractor stops like I hit the brake with the clutch still down and I take it out of gear it will roll freely. Do you think I have a bad clutch? Plus I have what looks like 1/8" to 1/4" pieces of something in the hydralic filter.

You have a clutch related failure that needs attention from a dealer or a technician not just a mechanic. ....
